Responsibilities
- Manage Daily Operations: Oversee general office functions, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and managing incoming inquiries.
- Data Management: Perform accurate data entry, file organization, and maintain digital and physical records with strict confidentiality.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and managing calendar logistics for weekend executives.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication.
- Inventory Control: Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed to ensure the office is fully stocked.
- Event Support: Assist in the preparation and execution of weekend company events or community outreach activities.
- Reporting: Prepare weekly or monthly reports summarizing office activities and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative support or office management.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Reliability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical: Basic knowledge of office equipment and CRM software is a plus.
