- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Coordinate office supplies inventory and vendor communications
- Maintain confidential records and ensure data security protocols
- Support cross-departmental projects with accurate documentation
- Assist with event coordination and weekend facility management
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or 3+ years of administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
- Experience with scheduling software (e.g., Calendly, Doodle)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM)
