Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for executive review.
- Screen incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel or taking detailed messages.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems to ensure information is easily retrievable.
- Coordinate meetings, including room booking, catering, and technical equipment setup.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming reception experience.
- Assist with expense reporting and general office administration as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional administrative experience in a corporate or government setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise good judgment.
