As the face of our operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our daily functions run smoothly. You will manage executive schedules, coordinate complex travel itineraries, and facilitate seamless communication across departments.
Responsibilities
- Calendar & Scheduling: Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate internal and external stakeholders.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
- Document Management: Prepare, proofread, and edit high-level correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations.
- Office Operations: Maintain an organized office environment, manage inventory, and handle incoming/outgoing mail.
- Communication Hub: Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors via phone and email.
- Event Support: Assist in planning and logistics for company events and conferences in the DC area.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of administrative experience, preferably in a corporate or government-facing role.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Organization: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a polished professional demeanor.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Education: High School Diploma required; Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
