Responsibilities
- Manage Office Operations: Oversee daily administrative functions to ensure the office runs efficiently and smoothly.
- Client Relations: Greet visitors, answer multi-line phones, and handle incoming inquiries with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Communication Management: Draft, proofread, and distribute emails, memos, and reports. Screen and route correspondence as needed.
- Scheduling: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for executive staff.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems, including database updates and record-keeping.
- Supply Chain: Monitor office supply inventory and place orders to ensure necessary materials are always available.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and team-building activities.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or certificate in Business Administration is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative support role.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on professionalism.
