Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Prepare, edit, and distribute professional correspondence and confidential documents
- Oversee office operations including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor relations
- Process payroll, expense reports, and invoices with precise attention to detail
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal/external stakeholders via phone, email, and in-person
- Coordinate departmental events, meetings, and special projects from conception to execution
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with stringent confidentiality protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of administrative support experience in a fast-paced corporate environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
