Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry into CRM and ERP systems
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Process invoices, expense reports, and financial documentation
- Handle incoming communications via phone, email, and chat
- Prepare professional correspondence and presentation materials
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems
- Assist with onboarding and training of new staff
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years administrative or data entry experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent typing speed (60+ WPM) with high accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and error-spotting abilities
