Responsibilities
- General Office Support: Manage incoming emails, phone calls, and general inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings for the management team.
- Documentation: Prepare, edit, and distribute memos, letters, and reports using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date digital and physical filing systems, including data entry and record-keeping.
- Customer Service: Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing them with directions and assistance as needed.
- Office Supplies: Monitor office supply inventory and place orders to ensure the team is always equipped.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organizing company events, team-building activities, and internal meetings.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required.
- Experience: No prior professional experience is necessary; we value potential and attitude over experience.
