Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, scheduling, and travel arrangements
- Process invoices and expense reports
- Prepare correspondence, presentations, and documents
- Coordinate office supplies and equipment maintenance
- Answer/direct incoming calls and correspondence
- Support team with project coordination and data entry
- Organize files and maintain digital/physical records
Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
