Responsibilities
- Data Management: Accurately enter and update company data into databases and spreadsheets, ensuring 100% data integrity.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Manage internal calendars, book conference rooms, and coordinate evening meetings with remote teams.
- Communication Support: Monitor and route incoming emails and inquiries, responding promptly and professionally during business hours.
- Reporting: Compile nightly reports and generate analytics for the management team to review the following morning.
- Document Control: Organize, file, and digitize physical documents and maintain the night filing system.
- Vendor Liaison: Handle basic logistics and communication with external vendors and service providers.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM or 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional ability to spot errors and maintain high standards of accuracy.
- Soft Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
