- Data Entry & Filing: Accurately input data into company databases and maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Scheduling: Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and prepare necessary room setups for night operations.
- Document Preparation: Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with precision.
- Vendor Relations: Process invoices and handle basic logistics for night-time vendors and partners.
- Office Maintenance: Ensure the office environment is secure, clean, and fully operational during your shift.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support role.
