Responsibilities

- Prepare, edit, and distribute confidential documents and reports
- Process expense reports, invoices, and maintain financial records
- Coordinate office logistics, inventory management, and vendor communications
- Support HR functions including onboarding and documentation
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) for data management
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
