Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for executives.
- Handle incoming communications, including email and phone inquiries, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Prepare and distribute internal memos, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy information retrieval.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events and team-building activities.
- Process expense reports and assist with general office management duties.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional administrative experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with impeccable grammar.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proven ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality.
