Responsibilities
- Manage Daily Operations: Oversee general office administration, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow for the entire team.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and manage internal calendars to maximize productivity.
- Communication Hub: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
- Document Management: Prepare, organize, and file reports, invoices, and confidential documents with the highest level of accuracy.

Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or certification in Office Administration is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with CRM software is preferred.
