Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars and schedule meetings, appointments, and conference calls for senior leadership.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and itineraries.
- Process and verify expense reports and assist with accounts payable and receivable reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems and manage the reception area.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening calls and visitors.
- Assist with onboarding new employees and organizing company events and team-building activities.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional administrative or executive assistant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM software or HRIS systems is a plus.
