Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing agendas.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence with professionalism.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal memos, reports, and presentations.
- Organize and maintain office supplies, filing systems, and digital records.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and itineraries.

Qualifications
