Responsibilities
- Executive Support: Manage complex calendars, schedule executive meetings, and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements with precision.
- Communication Hub: Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls and emails, filtering inquiries and ensuring prompt, professional responses.
- Document Management: Prepare, edit, proofread, and distribute reports, presentations, and correspondence with a high degree of accuracy.
- Office Operations: Maintain office supplies inventory, oversee reception duties, and ensure a welcoming environment for all visitors.
- Event Coordination: Plan and execute company events, team-building activities, and client meetings from concept to completion.
- Data Entry & Records: Update and maintain accurate records in our CRM and digital filing systems to ensure data integrity.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of professional administrative experience in a corporate or office setting.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or certification in Office Administration is a plus.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional tone.
- Organization: Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and interact with clients and vendors professionally.
