Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate complex calendars, scheduling appointments, and arranging travel logistics.
- Prepare and edit professional correspondence, including emails, memos, reports, and presentations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for incoming calls and inquiries, directing them appropriately.
- Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas, materials, and minutes to ensure productive sessions.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in an administrative or support role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
