Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, ensuring no conflicts arise.
- Correspondence: Handle all incoming and outgoing communications, including email, phone calls, and mail, responding promptly and professionally.
- Document Preparation: Create, edit, and proofread reports, presentations, and business correspondence with a high degree of accuracy.
- Record Keeping: Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems to ensure information is easily retrievable.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
- Office Support: Assist with office supply inventory, procurement, and general administrative tasks to keep the workspace efficient.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar office support role.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and staff.
- Organization: Strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Software: Familiarity with CRM software or project management tools is highly desirable.
