What You'll Do:
- Calendar Management: Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and conference rooms efficiently.
- Communication Hub: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries via phone and email.
- Document Control: Prepare, proofread, and distribute reports, memos, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange domestic and international travel logistics, including flights and accommodations.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Event Support: Assist in organizing company events, team-building activities, and client meetings.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars and schedule meetings for senior executives.
- Handle incoming emails and correspondence with professionalism and speed.
- Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and documents using MS Office.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights and accommodations.
- Maintain and update digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Executive Secretary.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
