- Handle incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members with a focus on exceptional customer service.
- Perform data entry tasks, maintain digital and physical filing systems, and ensure accuracy in records.
- Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and itineraries.
- Prepare meeting materials, take minutes, and update project trackers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various operational projects as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or certification in Office Administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
