Responsibilities
- High-Volume Data Entry: Accurately input, update, and maintain records in our database and filing systems with a focus on speed and precision.
- Schedule Management: Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for executive leadership.
- Correspondence: Draft, proofread, and distribute emails, memos, and internal communications.
- Document Preparation: Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Office Operations: Oversee office supply inventory, process incoming mail, and handle vendor invoices.
- Customer Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, answering inquiries professionally.
- Project Coordination: Assist in organizing team events and managing special projects as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Data Entry Clerk, or in a similar office support role.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Typing: Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 45 wpm) is essential.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to spot errors and maintain data integrity.
