Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for executive leadership.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including email, phone calls, and correspondence with high professionalism.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy access to information.
- Assist with event planning, including corporate meetings, team building activities, and client hospitality.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders with strict attention to detail.
- Act as the point of contact for visitors and vendors, ensuring a welcoming office environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
