Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating complex travel arrangements
- Handle incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence with professionalism
- Prepare and edit confidential documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Coordinate office logistics, including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships
- Assist with onboarding processes, new hire paperwork, and employee records management
- Support department projects through data analysis, report compilation, and presentation preparation
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) ensuring compliance with company policies
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience in a corporate setting
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with calendar management and travel coordination software
