Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Handle incoming communications including calls, emails, and correspondence
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations using MS Office Suite
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both digital and physical
- Coordinate office operations including inventory management and supply procurement
- Assist with onboarding new employees and training programs
- Support event planning and meeting coordination
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in a corporate setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Associate's degree or equivalent professional certification required
- Experience with office management software preferred
