Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, including memos, emails, and newsletters.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, maintaining professional and courteous relationships with clients and vendors.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems for accurate record-keeping.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and expense reports.
- Coordinate office activities and supplies, ensuring a well-stocked and organized workspace.
- Screen and direct phone calls and visitors, escalating issues as necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or business certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional administrative experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality in all matters.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
