Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements with precision and attention to detail.
- Communication Hub: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including drafting emails, answering phones, and routing inquiries.
- Document Preparation: Prepare, edit, and format professional correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date digital and physical filing systems, including database entry and record retention.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organizing company events, team-building activities, and client meetings, ensuring all logistics are executed flawlessly.
- Office Operations: Monitor office supplies inventory, coordinate with vendors for repairs or services, and ensure a clean and organized work environment.
- Special Projects: Support the management team with ad-hoc projects and special assignments as required.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience (2+ years) as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar support role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a high-volume setting.
- Interpersonal: Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Integrity: Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
