Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, documents, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Screen phone calls and route inquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Assist with data entry, record keeping, and maintaining accurate office databases.
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Coordinate departmental activities and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
