Responsibilities
- Schedule Management: Coordinate complex calendars, schedule meetings, and manage internal and external travel arrangements.
- Document Control: Prepare, proofread, and distribute professional correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Communication Hub: Act as the primary point of contact for incoming calls and visitors, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Database Management: Maintain and update electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and organizing company events, team-building activities, and off-site meetings.
- General Office Support: Order office supplies, manage mail services, and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in administrative or office support roles.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
