Responsibilities
- Calendar & Travel Management: Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange domestic and international travel logistics.
- Communication Hub: Screen and route phone calls, emails, and correspondence; draft and edit professional documents, memos, and reports.
- Office Operations: Maintain office inventory, manage supply orders, and oversee general office maintenance.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning company events, team meetings, and corporate functions.
- Project Support: Conduct research, prepare presentations, and assist in the execution of special projects as assigned.
- Data Management: Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems for easy information retrieval.
- Vendor Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for incoming vendors and visitors.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished professional tone.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and superior time management skills.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
