Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for senior executives with precision and adaptability.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and documents using advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.
- Process incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems to ensure information is easily retrievable.
- Assist in the coordination of company events, travel arrangements, and vendor management.
- Conduct market research and data entry tasks to support strategic planning initiatives.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional administrative experience in a corporate or fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional and polished tone.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively under pressure.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to company protocols.
