Responsibilities
- Calendar & Travel Management: Oversee complex calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange domestic and international travel logistics.
- Communication Hub: Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including drafting emails, screening phone calls, and acting as the primary point of contact for visitors.
- Document Control: Prepare, proofread, and edit professional documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence with a high degree of accuracy.
- Office Operations: Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems, manage inventory for office supplies, and oversee general office maintenance.
- Data Management: Perform accurate data entry, maintain CRM databases, and generate routine reports as requested by management.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating team meetings, company events, and client gatherings.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in administrative support or a related field.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with project management tools.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and staff.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree or certification in Business Administration preferred.
