Responsibilities
- Calendar & Scheduling: Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and remind stakeholders of upcoming commitments.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls and emails, routing inquiries to the appropriate team members professionally.
- Documentation: Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal memos, reports, presentations, and business correspondence with high accuracy.
- Office Management: Maintain an organized office environment, manage inventory, and order necessary supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Data Management: Update and maintain digital and physical filing systems, ensuring data integrity and easy retrieval.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organizing company events, team building activities, and client meetings.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
