Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate conference calls.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations.
- Arrange domestic and international travel itineraries, including bookings and expense reports.
- Handle incoming communications, including email and phone inquiries, with professionalism.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems for easy access.
- Assist in event planning and office management activities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
