Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones
- Prepare, edit, and distribute professional correspondence, reports, and presentation materials
- Handle incoming communications including emails, calls, and mail with exceptional professionalism
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with meticulous attention to detail
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports for executive team members
- Assist in onboarding new hires and manage office supply inventory
- Support cross-departmental projects with accurate data entry and document management
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent administrative experience required
- Minimum 3 years of progressive administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize competing tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with scheduling software (e.g., Calendly, Doodle) preferred
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proven problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
