- Calendar Management: Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executive leadership with a focus on flexibility.
- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, filtering and prioritizing communications effectively.
- Documentation: Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal memos, reports, and correspondence to ensure accuracy and clarity.
- Office Coordination: Manage office inventory, order supplies, and maintain a well-organized and efficient workspace.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organizing company events, team-building activities, and client meetings in the New York area.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of administrative experience, preferably in a corporate or professional setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
