Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate complex meetings, and prioritize competing deadlines with precision
- Prepare detailed correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Oversee office operations including supply inventory, vendor relations, and facility coordination
- Act as primary point of contact for internal/external communications and inquiries
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reporting with meticulous attention to detail
- Support cross-functional projects through data management and documentation
- Maintain confidential records and ensure compliance with organizational policies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of administrative experience in a professional office environment
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
