Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems with a professional demeanor.
- Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Performing data entry, filing, and maintaining organized digital and physical records.
- Preparing correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations.
- Assisting team members with various administrative tasks and special projects.
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office setting.
- Reliable transportation and a positive attitude.
