Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and booking conference rooms.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal memos, reports, and external correspondence.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and emails, with a professional demeanor.
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems.
- Assist with travel arrangements, including flight bookings and hotel accommodations.
- Order and maintain office supplies to ensure the workspace is fully equipped.
- Support the management team with ad-hoc projects and general office administration.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment and printing technology.
- Willingness to learn new software and administrative procedures.
