Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Schedule, coordinate, and manage complex calendars for executives and staff, including booking meetings and handling travel arrangements.
- Communication Hub: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring professional and timely responses.
- Document Control: Prepare, proofread, and distribute reports, presentations, and correspondence. Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems.
- Event Coordination: Plan and organize company events, team-building activities, and client meetings, handling logistics and vendor communications.
- Data Entry & Reporting: Accurately input data into CRM systems and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Office Operations: Manage office supplies, handle incoming/outgoing mail, and assist with basic accounting tasks like expense reports and invoicing.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace; experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
