Role Overview:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data entry and office administration, capable of handling large volumes of information with 100% accuracy. You will support the executive team by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining critical records.
Responsibilities
- High-Velocity Data Entry: Accurately input, update, and maintain records in various database systems and spreadsheets with a focus on speed and precision.
- Document Management: Organize, file, and digitize physical and electronic documents to ensure efficient retrieval and compliance.
- Executive Support: Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for senior leadership.
- Communication Hub: Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming inquiries via phone and email, routing messages to the appropriate departments.
- Reporting & Analysis: Compile data into weekly and monthly reports, identifying trends and discrepancies for management review.
- Office Operations: Maintain office supplies inventory and assist with the coordination of office events and client meetings.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in administrative support, data entry, or office management.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Typing Speed: Demonstrated ability to type at least 45-50 WPM with high accuracy.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
