Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-volume data entry with a focus on accuracy and speed, maintaining up-to-date digital and physical records.
- Manage incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail, routing inquiries to the appropriate personnel efficiently.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of meeting agendas, presentations, and travel itineraries.
- Handle general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project coordination and administrative needs.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or certification in Office Administration preferred.
- Proven experience in administrative support, data entry, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional typing speed and accuracy (minimum 45 WPM).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
