Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry tasks with a focus on speed and absolute accuracy.
- Manage and maintain digital and physical filing systems, ensuring documents are easily retrievable.
- Prepare, compile, and sort spreadsheets and reports for management review.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including email, phone, and mail.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives.
- Assist with inventory tracking and office supply management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support and data entry.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Proven typing speed of 45+ WPM with a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
