- High-Volume Data Entry: Accurately input, update, and maintain data in our digital systems with a focus on speed and precision.
- Document Management: Organize, file, and retrieve physical and electronic documents efficiently.
- Communication Support: Handle incoming inquiries, screen calls, and route messages to the appropriate team members.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for management staff.
- Inventory & Supply Management: Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Reporting: Prepare routine reports and summaries to support management decision-making.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Data Entry Clerk (1-2 years preferred).
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry software.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration is a plus.
- Attributes: Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Work Ethic: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
