Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain complex databases with 99.9% error rate
- Process high-volume financial transactions and reconcile discrepancies
- Generate daily/weekly performance reports using Excel and proprietary software
- Coordinate cross-departmental communications and meeting logistics
- Manage confidential client information with HIPAA/GDPR compliance protocols
- Optimize data retrieval systems through SQL query development
- Train team members on new data management workflows
Qualifications
- 3+ years proven data entry experience with 10,000+ keystrokes per minute
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel pivot tables, Access databases)
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and ERP systems
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Advanced typing accuracy with 0.5% error tolerance
- Experience with document automation tools (DocuSign, PandaDoc)
- Strong analytical skills for anomaly detection in datasets
- CompTIA Data+ certification or equivalent preferred
