Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry with a focus on accuracy and speed, maintaining digital and physical records.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for executive leadership.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Assist in the organization of office files, ensuring easy retrieval and proper filing systems.
- Order office supplies and manage inventory to ensure operations run smoothly.
- Act as the point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a professional front desk experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in administrative support and data entry roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) with advanced Excel skills a plus.
- Typing speed of 45+ WPM with high accuracy (less than 3 errors).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
