We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant for an immediate hire position in Louisville, KY. Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume data entry tasks with a 99% accuracy rate, ensuring all databases are current and error-free.
- Manage and organize digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.
- Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing professional and timely responses.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, and preparing travel itineraries.
- Generate and format reports, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders for internal and external clients.
- Support the management team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in administrative support, data entry, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Proven typing speed of at least 45 WPM with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
