Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry into CRM and database systems with 99%+ accuracy
- Manage digital and physical filing systems for confidential documents
- Process invoices, expense reports, and payroll documentation
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentation materials
- Monitor office inventory and coordinate supply procurement
- Support cross-departmental projects with administrative tasks
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in data entry or administrative roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Proven ability to type 60+ WPM with error-free data entry
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
