Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate calendars, schedules, and appointments for executive leadership.
- Handle incoming emails and phone calls, screening and directing inquiries appropriately.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Assist with data entry, record keeping, and filing systems to ensure accuracy.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and itineraries.
- Organize and maintain office inventory and supplies.
- Support team meetings with minute-taking and logistical planning.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Receptionist, or Office Clerk.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace (if remote).
