Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize complex calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange domestic and international travel.
- Handle all incoming communications, including email correspondence and phone inquiries, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute high-quality documents, reports, and presentations for executive review.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Assist with general office duties, including greeting visitors, managing the reception area, and coordinating office supplies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project goals and special events.
- Process invoices and assist with expense reports as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; Associate degree or Administrative Certificate is preferred.
- Proven experience (1-2 years minimum) as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on grammar and tone.
